Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL ) for filling up of the 719 vacancies of Station controller, Jr. Engineer and Technician posts. Eligible and Interested Candidates may apply via Online mode before 16 February, 2013. Further details of CMRL Recruitment 2013 is mention below.

Number of vacancies : 719 

Name of posts : 
1. Station Controller/Train Operator/Jr. Engineer (Stations) : 244 posts
a. Station Controller : 60 posts
b. Train Operator : 87 posts
c. Jr. Engineer : 97 posts
2. Jr. Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil) : 210 posts
3.Technician(Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Plumbing/Blacksmith/Welding/InformationTechnology) : 265 posts



Age limit : Candidates age should be between 18 yrs to 28 yrs 
Note:-Age relaxation is give as per as govt rule.

Educational Qualifications : 
1. For Station Controller and Jr. Engineer posts, Candidates must 
possess 3 yrs Diploma ( with 60% marks) or Equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, ECE from a govt. recognised Institute.

2. For Technician post, candidates should be SSLC qualified with ITI in specific Trade with at least 55% marks from any govt recognized University.


Application Fee : 
1. General & OBC Candidates need to pay Rs. 500/-. 
2. SC/ST Candidates need to pay Rs. 100/- in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of M/s Chennai metro.


Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of Online Test and after then different test will be held for individual posts.
