Age Details - Candidates age should be below 35 Years as on 31 October 2012 .
Note - Age Relaxations will be extended as per govt rules . 

Educational Qualification -  Candidates should possess MBBS , BAMS , GAMS , BUMS , GUMS , DHMS With Completion of 
Compulsory Internship .

Application Form Fee - 
1. General And OBC Category Candidates need to pay Rs. 400/- As Application fee . 
2. SC , ST Category Candidates need to pay Rs. 200/- 

Selection process - Eligible Candidates will be Selected on interview & Written test performance base .
