Age Limit:1.Candidates should have Maximum age is 52 years for Dy. General Manager post.
2.Candidates should have 48 years for Chief Manager post, 45 years for Senior Manager post.
3.Candidates should have 40 years for Manager post, 35 years for Deputy Manager post. 
4.Candidates should have 32 years for Senior Officer post. 
5.Candidates should have 30 years for Senior Engineer post. as on 01-11-2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess MBA/ MSW/ CA/ ICWA/ B.E/ MCA/ M.Sc in relevant disciplines.

Application Fee: Candidate should pay Rs.200/-for General Candidates (SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted). The DD should be drawn in favour of Brahmaputra Cracker Polymer Limited payable at Dibrugarh, Assam.

Selection Process: Selection can be done on the basis of performance in test and/ or interview.
