Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Model Hospital Haryana invites Online application for filling up of the 603 Nursing/ Paramedical Staff posts in ESIC Model Hospitals & Medical College Haryana State.

1. Staff Nurse in  – 238 Posts
Pay Band and pay grade:-Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4600

2. Occupational Therapist:-02
Pay Band 2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4200 

3. Physiotherapist:-01
Pay Band -2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4200 

4. Pharmacist (Allopathic):-14 posts
Pay Band and pay grade -1 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2800 

5. Pharmacist (Ayurvedic):-01 posts
Pay Band and pay grade- Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2800 

6. Boiler Attendant:-03 post
Pay Band and pay grade-1 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2400 

7. Operation Theatre Assistant:-09 posts 
Pay Band -1 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2000

Age Limit : 
1. For Medical Social Worker & Staff Nurse posts - Below 37 yrs.
2. For Junior Radiographer, Junior Medical Record Technician , 
Dresser & Plaster Assistant posts & Nursing Orderly posts - Between 18 yrs to 27 yrs.
3. For All remaining post : kindly refer the notification.

Educational Qualification : Candidates should be Matriculation (10+2) passout or Degree/ Diploma in relevant fields from recognised university.

Application Fee : 
1. General and OBC Candidates need to pay Rs. 125/- for Grade pay Above 2001/- & up to 4600/- and Rs.75/- for Grade Pay Up to 2000/- .
2. SC/ ST/ PWD/ Departmental Candidates, Female Candidates & Ex-servicemen Candidates are free from payment of Application fee. 

NOTE : Fees is to be deposited in form of system generated Challan in Punjab National Bank at any Branch.

Selection Process : Eligible Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview for Sr.No. 15 to 21 posts and only interview for Sr. No. 1 to 14 posts.
